Here’s a quick rundown of the new features:
New features
Attendance tracking report
Added an option to download the attendance report in the test schedule and test scoring pages. The attendance report lists details such as the shift, the date and time of the attendance, the candidate’s name and code, the supervisor, and a reason to roll back.
Added a button to copy the event link
Now, in event bank, you have a button that allows you to copy the event link directly.
Payment’s report
Added a new report in event bank, allowing the download of information regarding candidates’ payments, including the step submission dates.
Bulk import of candidates
Added a new feature in the settings module that allows bulk import of candidates, with a validation field, indicating the errors and only allowing you to save if you have no errors.

Disable review requests during test review
Added an option to disable candidates to ask for review requests during test review.
Clinical case
Now, when creating a clinical case, you can add a “very short answer” question type. Thus, you can compose the clinical case using the following item types: multiple choice, open answer, and very short answer.
Send an examinator to a room in OSCE
A new update in OSCE allows you to send examinators directly to a room.
You have two ways to send examinators: from the schedule table, or if you are in a room, you can invite an examiner to join you.
User validation to enroll in an event
Added a new feature to validate the user ID to enroll in the event, only the candidates have access permission to the event.
Deleted question statistics
Now, when deleting a question from a test in the Test Scoring bank, the statistics of the question also be removed.
Customizable header in custom reports
Added a new feature that allows you to customize a header when creating custom reports on the Test Scoring bank.
Zoom and rotation buttons in the PDF viewer of the events
Now, when viewing PDF files in candidate details of an event, you have new buttons that allow you to zoom in and out and select the direction you would like to rotate the document.
These new features enable you to easily interact with the PDF files submitted by the candidates.
Update to edit events
A new update that allows editing the event title, description, step, and action even after the event is online.
Scrollbar in events
Now, when you have a large amount of text in event descriptions (actions, sections, and questions) a scrollbar will automatically appear, facilitating navigation in the event.
Sort option when importing formative or summative questions
Now, when importing formative or summative questions you have an option that allows you to automatically sort the question options.
Shuffle options when printing a test
When printing a test, now you can select the option “Shuffle options” to allow you to print the test with the questions in random order.
Check duplicated questions
Added a new feature in the test schedule, when creating a test, that allows you to check duplicated questions at the content level.
Drag and drop multiple-choice options
Now, when editing a question you can sort the multiple-choice options just by clicking on the icon on the left side of the option and dragging and dropping it as you want.
Multiple-choice options validation
Now, when creating a question you have a new feature that validates the multiple-choice options. Therefore, if you have two equal options you will be notified that you have duplicated options.
Curricular units’ validation
Now, when creating a question or a test you have a new feature to validate the curricular units if you select more than 5 curricular units.

In the new update, the categories module has a “copy tree” button that allows you to copy the tree nodes to other applications.

Added a new feature in the test schedule module that allows you to automatically create the test questions based on the blueprint selected categories.
Move actions between different steps in events
When creating an event you have the option that allows you to move actions between different event step.
Quotes to search questions with specific tags
A new update in Question Bank allows you to use quotes to improve your search results (tag field).
Scoring multiple choice grid questions on OSCE surveys
A new feature for scoring multiple choice grid questions in OSCE surveys allows you to generate and publish OSCE scores.
Statistics performance in myOSCE module
New display in myOSCE module that allows candidates to view their statistics performance, thus providing feedback on their performance.
Bug fixes and performance improvements
Validation of application start date and deadline date in events
Improvements were made when creating an event to not allow to define an application deadline date inferior to the application start date. Thus, QuizOne automatically validates the application start and applicant deadline to prevent errors.
Drop text in input fields
Improvements were made to allow drop text, from other documents in the input fields that contain the character count.
Improvements in translations of test reports
In the new update of QuizOne the translations of test reports were improved.
Horizontal scroll on myEvents
Improvements were made to have a horizontal scroll when filling out an event application on a mobile device. Thus, mobile users can apply to an event without difficulties.
Visualization of item statistics in the question bank
Improvements were made in the visualization of item statistics in the question bank when previewing a created question.
